Consider to use zip files because they are more portable. You can provide both zip and rar files at the same time

CC BY (You can use this asset for commercial and non-commercial purposes as long as you link to me))
You should add the license into metadata for the asset pack(s):
"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art
